Dromax consists of cefadroxil which is an antibiotic used to treat variety of bacterial infections.
WHAT ARE THE USES OF DROMAX 100MG/ML DROPS?
This active principle is indicated for the treatment of respiratory infections, such as tonsillitis, pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis and laryngitis and ear infections (otitis media). It is also used for the treatment of skin infections, bone infections, genital and urinary infections such as cystitis or kidney infections.

This medicine in capsules contains lactose. If your doctor has told you that you suffer an intolerance to certain sugars, contact him before taking it.
The dromax contains sucrose, which should be taken into account by diabetic patients.

In most of the infections, the usual dose is 500 to 1000 mg (1-2 capsules) twice daily, depending on the type of infection and the severity thereof. In some infections, including some skin infections or mild infections of the urinary tract, your doctor may tell you to take a single daily dose of 1000 mg.
